His expertise spans the full project lifecycle: from feasibility studies and strategic planning to construction management and delivery, across sectors including hospitality, gaming, residential, retail, sports, entertainment, institutional, and public infrastructure.

Chris have a proven track record in directing cross-cultural teams, overseeing contract procurement, and executing complex builds that consistently meet quality, budget, and timeline targets. Chris is passionate about sustainable development and committed to driving innovation in every project that he lead.

• Sports & Entertainment: Led development for Topgolf in Thailand and Indonesia.

• Hospitality & Gaming: Directed major projects including Galaxy Entertainment’s Ritz Carlton and Raffles Hotel in Macau, and integrated resorts in Boracay, Philippines.

• Lifestyle Resorts: Oversaw resort developments for Banyan Tree Group in China and Phuket, including Banyan Tree, Angsana, and Cassia hotels.

• Retail & Commercial: Managed large-scale developments for CP Group’s Lotus Hypermarket in China and Dairy Farm International’s Hero, Giant, and Guardian retail stores in Indonesia.

• Leisure & Theme Parks: Played a key role in developing Universal Studios Singapore for Resorts World Sentosa.

• Logistics Infrastructure: Delivered critical logistics and supply chain facilities for DHL Express Asia.
