Wai Keong graduated with a Degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Nanyang Technological University. He is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute of United States, an EXIN Certified Data Center Professional, a Singapore qualified Design for Safety Professional and has an Executive  Certificate in Carbon Markets issued by Nanyang Technological University.

 

He has more than 25 years of industry experience in Planning, Design, Project/Construction Management, Business Development and has been involved in a diverse range of projects such as shipyards, convention centers, shopping mall, hotel retrofit, manufacturing facilities for medical device, photo-voltaic cells, garments, electronic products, precision engineering tools and oil and gas support facilities.

His core strengths are in identifying, analyzing  issues and finding creative ways to resolve it; which a lot of his Clients come to appreciate.

 

Wai Keong recognize the urgent need for industries to transition from high-carbon-emission practices to a low-carbon economy. Hence in addition to project management, he provides strategic guidance on decarbonization solutions, helping businesses navigate the complexities of carbon reduction while capitalizing on new opportunities in the evolving green economy. His goal is to ensure that industries achieve both environmental sustainability and economic resilience in addressing the climate crisis.

Wai Keong travelled extensively in South East Asia throughout his career; thus he is very well verse with the ways and nuances of different cultures and project implementation in South East Asia. In addition his travels enabled him to build an extensive network of property developers, consultants, government officials, manufacturers, vendors, business associates and content providers and this network of contacts has enabled him to kick-start projects quickly and to deliver them successfully to his Clients.
